Event Listing and RSVP

All welcome.

Here is our final schedule based on voting and feedback. You do need to book the Friday night dinner directly with the school. Otherwise RSVP before Monday 7th so that we can confirm numbers with restaurants or at least put them on standby. Partners and spouses welcome. Friends too. Where meals or drinks are to be purchased, this is your responsibility.

Final Planning is:

Thursday the 10th - 2 events:

12pm: Bring your folks, friends and family to Barnacles Restaurant for lunch. They are likely to have a special meal at a special price. Tribal Knowledge LLC will sponsor the wine and beer. It will be fun to catch up with those we knew are part of our school family. Meal is at your cost. RSVP with #'s needed to book tables.

5:30pm: Wine and Chacuterie Snackums at Swirl, a delightful independently owned wine bar with affordable and interesting wines and drinks. They are on 145 Main Ave Walmer. Snackums sponsored by Anne Kaese Calligraphy. Friends, partners and people are all welcome. RSVP with #'s to book tables. They close at 7pm

Friday the 11th - 4 events:

8:30am: The school assembly at St Dominics Priory with music performances followed by a tour of the school.

11:30am: A celebration of Holy Mass on the Field followed by light refreshments

13:30pm: Lunch/tea at The Fireside at 41 Circular Drive, Overbaakens (they can host a larger group in the afternoon under their tent). Table reserved as "Trinity Reunion/Anne Kaese".

6:30pm: The Reunion Dinner at St Dominic's Priory - book a seat at our 1983 table through the school. Each year has a table and we hope to have plenty of our year +- 1 year too. Cash bar. Saturday the 12th - 3 events:

Saturday 12th: Sports Day at the School - there could be Old Girls Hockey and old boys hockey/soccer to on Saturday morning. Normally around 10ish. On the program it says to contact Craig White at the school – sport@priory.co.za. This is so not serious on our side – generally start off with a few shooters ;) Anyway you can just rock up and borrow a stick from one of the girls. Just remember to pack your trainers. When you RSVP I will share the names of those interested so you can connect.

Optional: 8 or 9am: Walk/Run at the Beach and Breakfast - 8:00 am Park Run at Hobie Beach for the energetic or a walk in the other direction followed by breakfast at 10:00am at Angelos or Wimpy or at the Boardwalk. RSVP if you want to join in and we will firm up plans closer to the time, pending weather. The other option is walking at a mall and coffee with chatting afterwards later in the day.

6:00pm: Dinner at Remo's in the Baakens Valley at 4 Alabaster St. RSVP with #'s needed to book tables.

All meals and drinks will be for your own account.

A Northern Hemisphere Reunion idea has also been floated for later in the year or 2024 - destinations of London and Portugal have been suggested. Please email us with your interest.
